Leadership in representing the HRCGP and serving as the primary liaison between the team and PCC disease groups by attending treatment planning conferences/case conferences, establishing referral systems, developing disease specific counseling materials (letters, education materials, etc.). Serve in a leadership role within the program/institution, such as: supervise students on clinical rotations, serve on institutional committee related to policy, strategic planning, outreach, or quality improvement, oversee a universal tumor screening program.
