Responsibilities: Perform general carpentry, framing, and structural repairs Install and repair drywall, including hanging, taping, mudding, and finishing Install various flooring types (LVP, laminate, tile, hardwood) Construct and repair decks, fences, and exterior structures Install and repair siding and exterior trim Perform remodeling tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, and interior upgrades Assemble cabinets, doors, fixtures, and other building components Measure, cut, and shape materials accurately Maintain clean and safe job sites. Qualifications: Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, framing, flooring, decking, siding, fencing, and remodeling Mastery or advanced skill level in at least 2 or 3 core trades Strong understanding of construction methods and building practices Ability to troubleshoot and complete projects with minimal supervision Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift 100 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors and indoors Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
