Responsibilities: Perform general carpentry, framing, and structural repairs; install and repair drywall, including hanging, taping, mudding, and finishing; install various flooring types (LVP, laminate, tile, hardwood); construct and repair decks, fences, and exterior structures; install and repair siding and exterior trim; perform remodeling tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, and interior upgrades; assemble cabinets, doors, fixtures, and other building components; measure, cut, and shape materials accurately; maintain clean and safe job sites. Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, framing, flooring, decking, siding, fencing, and remodeling; mastery or advanced skill level in at least 2 or 3 core trades; strong understanding of construction methods and building practices; ability to troubleshoot and complete projects with minimal supervision; valid driver's license; reliable transportation; ability to lift 100 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors and indoors; strong work ethic and attention to detail.
