Work involves most of the following: verifying materials against receiving and shipping documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages; routing material to prescribed storage locations by proper methods to protect material and employee safety; rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials; examine stored materials and reporting deterioration and damages; removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment. Ability to meet physical demands of position which are required 95% of the work day (i.e. lifting up to 50lbs independently, pushing, pulling, standing, climbing).
