The Sales Manager will spend the majority of their time in the field developing referral partnerships, representing Senior Helpers at events and presentations, managing an active sales pipeline, and working closely with the Owner and care team to turn referrals into consistently staffed, high-quality client care. Senior Helpers of West Hartford is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead referral development and drive client growth in our expanding territory (Glastonbury, South Glastonbury, South Windsor, Manchester, Ellington, Vernon, Rockville, Tolland, and other surrounding towns).
