Overview:
Fox Pest Control has an urgent need for a full-time Branch Operations Manager. We are seeking responsible customer service "ALL-STARS" who want to lead & train others as well as have an important role in supporting business operations. Responsibilities:
A day in the Life of a Branch Operations Manager<ul><li>Supporting one or more of our 30+ regional branches</li><li>Manage 3-5 dispatchers</li><li>Coordinate the schedules, services, and operations of our Pest Service Technicians</li><li>Professionally interact with customers; both internal and external</li><li>Problem-solving and conflict resolution when dealing with our customers</li><li>Assist in the scheduling, billing, data entry, phone work, and various other duties as assigned</li></ul> 

Qualifications:

The role provides exposure to the homebuilding sales process, including model home operations, customer interactions, and administrative support, while working under direct supervision. This position also develops foundational knowledge of homebuilding, products, and sales processes, contributing to a consistent and positive customer experience. Primary Responsibilities<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions to ensure a welcoming and professional first impression.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Support Community Sales Consultants by standing in as needed, assisting with tours, and addressing routine buyer inquiries.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Maintain accurate prospect, visitor, and sales-related data in CRM, tracking tools, and other systems.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Prepare and maintain model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials to ensure a polished and organized environment.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Support onsite events, community activities, and promotional initiatives.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Assist with administrative tasks, including contract preparation, paperwork, and reporting.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Monitor inventory of sales materials, supplies, and model home readiness.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Participate in training and development programs to build knowledge of products, sales processes, and homebuilding operations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Support communication between customers, sales team members, and other departments to facilitate smooth handoffs and a positive experience.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Conduct follow-up with prospects with the guidance of sales team members.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Learn and understand local market, including competitor pricing, floor plans, and options offered.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Participate in sales simulations with sales team members to refine sales skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Work closely with mortgage team to learn the mortgage process, to provide customers with a seamless experience.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Perform additional duties as assigned to support day-to-day operations and team objectives.</li></ul> Education & ExperienceRequired:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in">High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Basic familiarity with customer service or administrative work.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support roles.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Exposure to CRM systems or customer-tracking tools.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">General understanding of real estate or homebuilding concepts is helpful but not required.</li></ul> Skills & Competencies<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Ability to learn and follow established sales processes and procedures.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Basic organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Ability to maintain accurate information in tracking tools and systems.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Ability to manage multiple simple tasks with frequent guidance.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and partners.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Ability to adapt to a dynamic, customer-centered environment.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Willingness to learn product features, sales systems, and community operations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Ability to receive feedback and apply learning to daily tasks.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Team-oriented mindset with a focus on supporting community goals.</li></ul> Working ConditionsWork occurs in model homes, sales offices, and general office environments.
