Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Sales Support Specialist to join their team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by managing online orders, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce or sales support, be tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment. Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the sales team.</li><li>Manage and process online orders through e-commerce platforms (e.g., eBay).</li><li>Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and assist with data entry.</li><li>Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to support order fulfillment.</li><li>Assist with inventory tracking and reporting.</li><li>Perform general office duties, including filing, scheduling, and email management.</li><li>Support special projects and additional tasks as needed.</li></ul> Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially eBay.</li><li>Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.</li><li>Knowledge of or experience with ERP software is a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Prior experience in sales support or e-commerce order processing.</li></ul> Preferred Experience:<ul><li>1–3 years in a similar role involving administrative support, sales coordination, or e-commerce order management.</li><li>Experience in a fast-paced office environment.</li></ul> Full-time: Monday – FridayPay = $20-23/hr (DOE)
