Education/Experience Required: - 12-24 months experience in radiology - Graduate of Radiologic Technology program -2 hours of stroke education/year Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: - Knowledge and understanding of cross sectional anatomy and CT procedures - Able to perform all routine CT procedures - Good oral & written communication skills - Computer competent - ARRT Registry (RT) - IDNS License - CPR - IV Certification within 3 months of date of hire CT Registration within 1 year of date of hire Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: - Able to respond to request to work on short notice - Flexible in starting times to meet demand - As required, must be able to transport, move, and lift patients - May require rotating shifts and alternate days - Exposed to infectious diseases - Must take call - Willing to work overtime when requested - Musculoskeletal hazard from large amount of job lifting - Musculoskeletal hazard from repetitive motions If position has direct patient care or direct patient contact the following lifting requirement supersedes any previous lifting requirement effective 06/01/2015.
