This includes recruitment, scheduling, billing, budgeting, general performance and personnel management, assisting with care coordination, statistical reporting and other duties as needed to maintain the operations of the program. The Director of Hospitalist, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, OB-GYN and Pain Management Programs is responsible for budgeting, fiscal goals and performance, quality reporting, compliance, and daily operations.
