Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients</li><li>Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times</li><li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations</li><li>Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals</li><li>Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors</li><li>Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods</li><li>Support other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc. </li><li>Maintain 30 billable hours per week</li></ul>Required Skills/Abilities<ul><li>Provide supervision and parent training across center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth environments</li><li>Ability to efficiently use a Company iPad and Laptop for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications that may be needed</li><li>Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including in-home, community, school, and center settings</li><li>Join our team in the office! We love collaboration and are looking for people who want to enjoy and contribute to our office culture.</li><li>Ability to handle aggressive behaviors and monitor the movement of clients to ensure client and provider safety</li><li>Pass TB test, immunizations, and background check</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish is HIGHLY preferred</li></ul>Experience and Qualifications<ul><li>A Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required</li><li>A valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required</li><li>Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities</li><li>Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. </li><li>Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.</li></ul>
