SuperPowers Required: • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, or equivalent experience • 4+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design • Demonstrated experience owning projects from needs analysis through evaluation • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design models, and performance-based learning • Proficiency with digital learning design and development tools • Experience designing across multiple modalities: eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning • Strong stakeholder consulting, communication, and facilitation skills. This role serves as a strategic learning partner to the business-consulting with stakeholders, translating performance gaps into impactful learning solutions, and delivering engaging, modern experiences across digital, virtual, and instructor-led modalities.
