What You Will Do: Reporting directly to the global leader of learning and development, you will lead three team members in end-to-end creation of engaging learning solutions for needs ranging from compliance needs to ways of working and leadership training. Executive presence and communication skills to understand client needs, translate into training program design, and manage feedback from subject matter experts with competing priorities for their time.
