Review outcomes of the Naval Leader Development Strategy and analyze curriculum for potential of new and/or improved learning opportunities tied to outcomes of the NLDS of NLEC courses to include but not limited to the Major Command(MC), Prospective Commanding Officer(PCO), Prospective Executive Officer(PXO), Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat (CMC/COB) courses, Intermediate Leadership Course (ILC), Division Officer Leadership Course (DIVOLC), and Enlisted Leadership Initiatives.
