Job Summary: The Customer/Guest Service Specialist will interact with the company's guests and customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service. This position may require frequent bending, moving, lifting, and carrying material weighing up to 50 pounds, and climb ladders of various sizes; standing or walking up to eight hours each day; and working in all weather conditions.
