The Maintenance Technician Level 1 performs preventive and corrective maintenance related to the facilities, equipment and associated systems, including, but not limited to: air compressors, R290 systems, lighting systems, foam systems, dock doors, compactors, sheet metal equipment, air dryers and filters, air conditioners and HVAC systems. Performs basic plumbing and electrical repairs including but not limited to: changing light bulbs, replacing ballasts and installation of light fixtures, replacing toilets and fixtures, changing flushometer batteries and snaking toilets.
