Required Qualifications: CA RN license; CPR, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) certifications; At least three years recent RN experience working in the RN role; At least two years recent RN experience working in a specialty area. Responsibilities include assessing patient and family needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, providing patient advocacy, coordinating with healthcare team members, and ensuring respectful, patient-centered care.
