This role partners closely with cross-functional business and technology teams, including Engineering, Product, Operations, Quality Assurance, Support, and external vendors to ensure technology initiatives are delivered with a strong focus on quality, operational readiness, reliability, and the restaurant experience. In this role, you will lead and oversee daily technology operations across the MHQ labs and multiple production restaurant locations, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of technology services.
