Greet clients and patients warmly in person and over the phone • Schedule confirm and manage appointments efficiently • Answer questions regarding clinic services, procedures, pricing, and policies • Process payments, invoices, and insurance documentation accurately • Maintain accurate client and patient records • Triage incoming calls, emails, and messages • Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and clients • Maintain clinic aesthetics by keeping a clean, organized, and welcoming space • Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Experience in a Veterinary Clinic or animal care setting Knowledge of common veterinary terminology and services Bilingual is a plus - not required Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time Comfort working around animals of varying sizes and temperaments, including exotic animals Emotional resilience when dealing with injured, sick, or grieving pets and their owners.
