This position will operate as field-based regional positions but will be responsible primarily for in-person recruitment activities for Buncombe, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Macon, Madison, McDowell, Swain, Transylvania, Rutherford, Burke, and Polk counties; and possible other surrounding counties. The primary purpose of the Regional Recruiter is to generate and convert high-quality leads into applications and hires for assigned facilities through selling DAC careers, sourcing through the channels that work locally, and continuing to be the person who keeps applicants moving toward hire.
