Responsibilities: Provide energetic, caring, and professional service to customers and team members in every interaction Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, identifying customer needs and providing solutions Schedule and coordinate daily assignments for 7 Service and Water Valet technicians Assist customers by providing guidance, scheduling service appointments, or escalating issues to the Service or Operations Manager when needed Manage office and warehouse inventory, including ordering, shipping, and receiving parts Accurately enter and maintain service records, contracts, and customer information in internal systems Support and grow monthly Water Valet service contracts Take ownership of specialized tasks such as warranty coordination, autoship services, and post-sales follow-up. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a high call-volume customer service or call center environment 2+ years of experience using CRM systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office Strong customer service mindset with a professional and solutions-focused approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent incoming calls Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and recordkeeping Collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist across departments.
