Serving as a key liaison across servicing, technology, business units, and external partners, the Team Lead resolves reporting issues, drives process improvements, supports strategic initiatives, and ensures the integrity of investor-related financial and servicing data. The Asst Mgr, Investor Reporting oversees the accurate and timely reporting, reconciliation, and remittance of loan servicing activity to investors and government-sponsored agencies, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and private investors.
