During their site audits, the Lab DC gathers data for layout, finishes, dimensions, equipment and current use with photographs to update REWS data (Tririga and Floorscope) and support Lab Occupancy Planning, Moves/ Adds/ Changes, Project Closeouts, Engineering, Lab Infrastructure Database updates and Design Guidelines updates. Responsible for Site auditing design/layout of CBS spaces, equipment and Infrastructure-Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Data (Photographs), to help with meeting the compliance, space governance and space planning initiatives, quality control of space usage.
