The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of a client’s organization. The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining client relationships to drive revenue growth within the construction and paving industry.
This role is responsible for handling inbound calls, processing orders, coordinating shipments, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience from a manufacturing or distribution office setting (Not fast food, call center, medical, or retail).
Administer the department’s goodwill voucher program, including maintaining and updating the voucher redemption website, processing dealer and voucher reimbursements, performing audits, providing dealership training and coaching, and creating reports as needed. Respond to inquiries from client dealers and client Field Managers regarding payments and vouchers.
Success in this position requires that the CSR is able to work independently with little to no supervision to provide immediate availability, be professional, provide documentation within our systems and be knowledgeable of Client’s products and services. Education & ExperienceMinimum of 3 5 years of experience in technical training, service desk operations, organizational communications, or user support environments. Familiarity with ticketing systems and knowledge management platforms such as ServiceNow, IIQ, Jira Service Management, or equivalent.
