In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience for GS-09, which includes knowledge of military personnel policies, procedures, rules, guidelines, instructions, etc., to understand respective programs and discuss findings with function managers; I also have knowledge of administrative processes, procedures automated systems, personal computers, and software employed, in order to make reports, correspondence, and extract data. It must be signed by, or by direction of, the adjutant, personnel officer, or commander of your unit or higher headquarters and must indicate when your terminal leave will begin, your rank, dates of active duty service, the type of discharge and character of service (i.e. honorable).
