1) prior experience managing project/construction/procurement in a highly regulated and proceduralized nuclear, DOE, and/or NNSA environment, 2) relevant prior experience working under DOE O 413.3B Capital Line Item projects, and/or certifications in Earned Value Management systems are preferred, 3) experience in complex procurement, fabrication, construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities conducted under Nuclear Quality Assurance 1 (NQA 1) requirements. This role oversees and supports manages technical requirements; defines and oversees project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and risks; while supporting and in most cases leads the project team in planning, tracking, and executing scope from initiation through turnover.
