Configure and deploy new Windows laptops and desktops, enrolling them into Microsoft Intune as part of a domain migrationWipe, re-image, and re-enroll existing Windows devices with proper configurations and compliance policiesEnroll and manage Mac devices using Jamf, including reconfiguration of existing hardwareProvide onsite, desk-side support to end users during device deployment and setupAssist users with reconnecting applications, shared drives, and printers post-migrationTroubleshoot and resolve day-of migration issues to minimize downtimeComplete multiple device migrations daily while maintaining quality and accuracyTravel between multiple local facilities as required by the deployment scheduleTrack asset status and migration progress using a ticketing/asset management systemCoordinate with internal IT leadership and project stakeholders on priorities and execution.
