You will partner closely with operations, product, engineering, and other cross-functional groups to help identify workflow gaps, define clear requirements, and support delivery of improvements that increase operational efficiency, quality, and scalability. Minimum 1 year of experience in a role that includes operations , business analysis , product , implementation , process improvement, orcustomer/internal support work (preferably in a regulated or operationally complex environment).
