Strong knowledge of high-performance building enclosures, air barriers, insulation, thermal bridging, fenestration, HVAC, ventilation, domestic hot-water systems, and building durability; hands-on multifamily inspection, large-building airtightness testing, and mechanical ventilation testing experience. The successful candidate will combine building-science expertise and hands-on field experience with project management, staff development, client relationship management, and business development to expand the practice while maintaining consistent technical quality.
