This position plays a critical role in maintaining County buildings and systems by performing HVAC installation, repair, and preventive maintenance, as well as a variety of skilled maintenance tasks involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building upkeep. Work may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, heights, confined spaces, electrical systems, machinery, and other environmental hazards commonly associated with facility maintenance work.
