The Senior Project Manager should possess and demonstrate advanced knowledge in project management principles (PMI and PMBOK), development of decomposed, resource loaded schedules and budgets, earned value management, and problem-solving techniques. Responsible for performing requirements identification and management to ensure compliance with various federal regulations (e.g., CERCLA, RCRA, UMTRCA, and/or state regulatory programs), DOE Orders, policies, procedures, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR) clauses.
