Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent or higher PLUS 1+ year of customer service experience preferred; OR 2+ years of retail management; OR 1+ years as a sales associate with Hallmark; OR 6+ months as a Hallmark Store Manager. Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations including, but not limited to: timeline management, event planning, shipment processing and merchandising, promotion management, cash handling, payroll budgeting, seamless orders, and administrative tasks.
