Unit Details: Procedures include abdomen, first- and second-trimester pregnancy studies, biophysical profiles, vascular studies (venous Doppler, arterial, grafts, and segmental pressure testing), biopsies, thoracentesis, paracentesis, testicular studies, NICU neuro sonography of the head, surgical cases, and high-level disinfection for intracavitary probes. • RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification S. • RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification RVS.
