Responsibilities will include benefits investigation and verification, pick, pack and shipping of medications, order entry, customer service note entry, inventory management, patient and provider correspondence, and any other tasks assigned by management Must adhere to strict HIPAA regulation especially when communicating to others outside of Express Scripts. These states include: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nebraska, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Vermont, and Washington State.
