The PSSR acts as the primary commercial owner of Sandvik's aftermarket Parts & Services business within assigned mining and industrial accounts, serving as the primary customer interface for parts, service, rebuilds, component exchange, lifecycle support, and other aftermarket growth opportunities. Success in this position requires strong customer engagement, consistent field presence, accurate forecasting, disciplined opportunity management, consultative selling skills, and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer commitments are executed effectively.
