Provides culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and inclusive care to diverse populations, including adolescents, young adults, reproductive-age women, pregnant and postpartum patients, perimenopausal and menopausal adults, and LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse patients seeking affirming care. This position serves patients across the lifespan in outpatient community health settings, including underserved communities, with a focus on reducing preventable maternal morbidity, improving chronic disease outcomes, and increasing preventive screening compliance.
