Requirements: Associate's degree in a technical field such as Packaging or an Engineering field related to packaging (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology) or foreign equivalent, and 5 years of experience in an occupation related to engineering or technical service in the food packaging industry. 5 years of experience applying knowledge of film construction and formulation (i.e., Monolayer film vs Coextrusion vs Laminate, Extrusion Lamination vs Solvent or Adhesive Lamination, PE, Polyester, Nylon, PS) to resolve technical and material performance issues in a packaging manufacturing environment.
