Install, maintain, and repair related equipment (i.e., air filtering systems, ice machines, refrigeration/freezer units, gas fryers, gas and electrical ovens, conveyor ovens, electric steam kettles, bakery equipment, commercial dishwashers, steam tables, warming tables).
