Experience to include extensive US Navy and/or Marine Corps Aviation experience as well as experience with the Department of War and other US Government Agencies, experience with the DoW Requirements, Acquisition, and PPBE processes, skilled communicator with an ability to maintain productive relationships in difficult situations; good analytical, problem solving, and project management skills, demonstrated leadership and strong business acumen, high degree of responsibility and accountability for establishing and achieving objectives. Strategic goals include building relationships to increase customer knowledge that supports business objectives, understanding USG processes—those of the Department of War—so that P&W products can provide capabilities to meet system requirements, and facilitating communication for P&W executives and program managers with salient USG and industry leaders in Washington DC.
