div> Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
Manage client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Process orders using customer retention and print management systems (including PrintSmith)
Coordinate with production teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of projects
Review job specifications carefully to maintain quality and minimize errors
Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and resolve issues efficiently
Assist with e-commerce order processing and online customer interactions
Assist with order buyouts and vendor coordination as required
Help manage and track inventory for office and production departments. Organized and detail oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with PrintSmith or similar print management/customer retention software preferred
Strong phone etiquette and excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Comfortable working directly with clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media tools.
