Hands-On Support: Willing and able to step into any role and perform operational tasks when needed, including trash removal, vacuuming and carpet cleaning, sweeping and mopping hard surface floors, cleaning restrooms, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, spot cleaning glass, dusting, restocking supplies, and stripping and waxing VCT. Operations: Own all daily janitorial operations across assigned portfolio, ensure all services meet quality and safety expectations, conduct inspections and safety audits, and monitor inventory and supply ordering.
