Roles and Responsibilities: • Patient intake, such as greeting and check-in patients • Verifying and updating patient demographics • Assist patients with filling out consent forms • Receive and process cash and credit card payments for medical services rendered • Initiate calls, pages, and triage phone calls • Assists in admissions, discharges, transfers, and fulfills other customer service or clerical duties.
