The Laboratory Support Services Supervisor is responsible for providing staff leadership, monitoring workflow, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting training and competency programs, overseeing quality assurance initiatives, and assisting with daily operational needs including specimen processing, test order entry, and phlebotomy services. Under the direction of the Laboratory Support Services Manager, the Laboratory Support Services Supervisor manages, supervises, and coordinates daily operations across pre-analytic and post-analytic laboratory services, specimen management, patient registration, test ordering, and phlebotomy services.
