Analyze and recommend communications-system and Modular Open Systems Architecture solutions, including approaches such as Open Mission Systems, for integration onto NC3 host platforms; evaluate SWAP-C, hardware/software processing environments, architecture constraints, and technology limitations to enable secure, resilient, interoperable, and sustainable NC3 modernization. Provide engineering, technical support, and technical training throughout acquisition, development, integration, sustainment, evolution, deployment/fielding, installation, and operational oversight activities, while also supporting program and project risk-management processes in accordance with Air Force practices.
