For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience in the design, development, modification, testing, implementation, and support of new or existing application software; proficiency in writing, debugging, and maintaining code, as well as creating and maintaining program documentation; or experience utilizing object-oriented design principles and state-of-the-art software engineering tools.
