Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline with 2 years of relevant experience, or 0 years' experience with a Maters' DegreeMust have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of applicationFamiliarity in a variety of AI/ML techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learningExperience with programming in Python, R, or other relevant languagesExperience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and KerasExperience with Large Language Models/Generative AI and Prompt Engineering. Familiarity with A/B testing and other methods for evaluating the performance of AI/ML modelsFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPFamiliarity with DevOps practices and toolsExperience working with sensitive data and adhering to data privacy regulationsExperience in Modeling and SimulationKnowledge of the flight characteristics, motion, atmospheric dynamics, and performance of missilesKnowledge of engineering modeling principles behind body motion, trajectory analysis, counter measures, debris, and signature modelingBackground with missile system models, atmospheric dynamics, and performanceExperience in Agile software development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
