Ability to perform and verify measurements, calculations, and conversions with a high degree of accuracy; interpret feeding orders; use electronic documentation and barcode systems; organize competing priorities; lead and train staff; identify and resolve workflow or safety concerns; communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams; and maintain confidentiality. Supervise the receipt, preparation, fortification, storage, labeling, tracking, and distribution of maternal human milk, pasteurized donor human milk, infant formula, modular products, and other prescribed enteral feedings in accordance with verified orders and established procedures.
