Maintain existing HR reporting and analyze, manipulate, and format complex datasets using advanced Microsoft Excel functionality, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, conditional formatting, filters, and related tools. This project-based role will focus on transforming manual and complex reporting processes, leveraging advanced Excel capabilities, Power BI, AI, automation tools, and other emerging technologies to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability.
