The employee performs a variety of tasks including overseeing and performing control room related tasks, supervising 5 employees, including employees responsible for the plant operation, monitoring and resolving plant related issues associated with plant equipment temperatures, equipment malfunctions, motion detector/sensor activations, making decisions associated with plant production, assisting with the planning and coordinating of control room activities, delegating tasks including assuring that plant equipment is inspected, monitoring control room sensors/alarms, organizing and directing control room tasks, and a variety of related tasks. The employee performs a variety of tasks including supervising 5 employees including employees responsible for the operation of the plant, working closely with the control room supervisor and resolving any issues related to mobile equipment, elevators, blowers, mills etc., making decisions associated with the plant production, assisting with the planning and coordinating of plant activities, delegating tasks, inspecting plant equipment, organizing and directing plant tasks, and a variety of related tasks.
