The Assistant Controller serves as the CFO/Business Unit Controller's primary accounting partner, provides decision-ready financial insight, and has authority to establish accounting procedures, assign work, resolve routine accounting matters, and escalate significant judgments, risks, or policy decisions to the CFO/Business Unit Controller. Reporting directly to the Controller, this position performs duties aligned with a Controller role, including ownership of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close; financial statement preparation and analysis; general ledger governance; inventory and cost accounting; internal controls; audits; compliance; and development of the accounting team.
