Experience in tracking, compiling, and analyzing statistical and financial data using computer software such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, Hyperion, Excel, data warehouse tools and/or Transportation Environment Accounting Management System (TEAMS) or similar financial accounting management system to create executive summaries, reports and graphs that may involve writing complex formulas. Note: A bachelor's degree in business, public or non-profit management, finance, accounting or a related degree (such as public policy, political science, public administration, economics or other analytical or technical degree) may substitute for three years of the required experience.
