This role is responsible for energizing the local sites, using Lean-Sigma and One Safran methodology and tools to positively Impact Customer Satisfaction, Delivery & Quality Performance, and Financial Performance, working closely with leadership at all levels to ensure CI efforts driven throughout the organization. Demonstrated ability with quality and continuous improvement tools (Process FMEA, Risk analysis, Root Cause Analysis, 5W, 5S, DMAIC, VSM, etc.).
