Develop replicable processes and procedures to complete, in a timely and accurate manner, all required filings and submittals to regulatory entities, including FERC, NERC, Regional Reliability Entities, EIA, DOE, and State Public Utility Commissions. Maintain knowledge of electric regulatory developments at FERC, NERC, Reliability Entities, EIA, DOE, and PUCs, and monitor operational developments and new or changing regulations.
